Whilst WMC( Singapore ) and the organising committee of the 6th World Malayalee Conference(the Conference), Singapore will do best efforts to make the conference successful , the organising committees of the Conference will have the right to change the conference programmes and dates as appropriate.
The delegates and sponsors have to participate in the conference at their own cost and risk and WMC(Singapore) or other World Malayalee Council Provinces or any of the organising committees of the 6 TH World Malayalee conferences will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to assets or life of the conference delegates or sponsors
